Let me make this clear, Jerani is bowing to Sria as a sign of respect, she is not giving up her Alpha title.  Sria and Tiba become the new leaders of the Avalik pack, in which some wolves from the Kodiak/Jerani's pack will join them.  Jerani is still Alpha of the Kodiaks, though both packs now work together and it's more of a co-dependence rather than two fully separate packs.
